For over 35 years, Earle has been active in marketing real estate properties.  In his role as President/CEO of The Alexander Group, Earle led an advertising/public relations firm known for creative marketing of residential and commercial properties throughout the Southeast. In 1992, after living aboard a sailboat in the Caribbean, Earle served as COO of Carolantic Realty, one of America’s leading independent commercial real estate operations.  Next he moved to Florida, continuing his work in real estate by joining Norris & Company to develop promotions and market the exclusive Marsh Island Club.
 
Earle is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) and has earned the coveted Accredited Buyers’ Representative (ABR) designation, a professional certification for Realtors® who specialize in meeting the needs of Buyers.  He has served as President of the 35,000 member Gulf Stream Council, Boy Scouts of America as well as various community boards; including the United Way, the Boys & Girls Club, and the Vero Beach Theatre Guild.  In addition, he is a licensed boat captain.
